At last, the football establishment is starting to notice how good the Eagles’ defense has been lately.
And Connor Barwin has never been better than this season — specifically, over the last month.
The Eagles outside linebacker was named NFC defensive player of the month for November after a stretch of games which saw him collect 6.5 sacks.
He’s tied for second in the league with 12.5 sacks this season, which is a career high.
His emergence has made the Eagles defense much more solid this year, which could make them a serious factor in the NFC into December and beyond.
