Eagles rookie linebacker Joe Walker showed Thursday night against the Bucs why he was able to amass so many tackles when he played at Oregon.
He was constantly around the football.
Walker has a knack for being able to slip by blocks and take the ball carrier to the ground on inside runs.
Although he only had three tackles, Walker showed that he is capable of giving the Eagles depth at the middle linebacker slot.
His best play came on a 4th and short when he got behind the line of scrimmage and made a solo tackle for a loss, forcing a turnover on downs.
