EAGLES NEWBIE KEVIN BAYARD TEED UP FOR DC DEBUT, SIRIANNI SAYS!

By Art Beitchman

Eagles GM Howie Roseman was at it again this week, trading for safety Kevin Bayard from the Tennessee Titans for a 5th and 6th round pick, plus safety Terrell Edmonds.

It’s a steal for the Birds looking to shore up a secondary riddled with injuries this season.

The Philadelphia-born Byard is a Pro Bowler the team desperately needed, now in Eagle green thanks to the Titans.

Just a season ago the Titans also dealt the Eagles Pro Bowl receiver AJ Brown, who has become one of the most explosive players in the NFL in years.

The Titans should not pick up the phone anymore from the 215 area code if they know what’s best for them, but the Eagles are glad they did.
