EAGLES LB JORDAN HICKS MAY HAVE SEASON-ENDING ACHILLES INJURY!

By Steve Kelly

Eagles middle linebacker Jordan Hicks suffered what is believed to be an Achilles tendon injury and needed help coming off the field two plays into the Birds’ 34-24 win over the Redskins.

Hicks dropped to the turf while in pass coverage. He leaned on trainers as he was helped to the sideline, unable to put pressure on his right leg.

Hicks has been dealing with ankle and calf injuries over the past several weeks. He was listed as questionable on the injury report heading into last night’s game, but he had said during the week that he was on the mend and ready to play against Washington.
