Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was asked last week about the short yardage QB sneak play they run to perfection.
The coach wisely said we’re going to keep running it.
Smart, no defense has stopped it, it’s no trick or rugby play that should be outlawed.
The Birds have an elite offensive line, a powerfully built quarterback in Jalen Hurts who has bench-pressed 600 pounds.
It’s no trick, just sheer power running straight ahead that helps them win games the last couple of years.
No doubt it will continue as the travel to Tampa Bay tonight to take on the Bucs, favored by -5 on ABC-TV/7:15pm.
