EAGLES HURTS UNFAZED BY IDIOTIC BUZZ ABOUT WATSON AS A BIRD!

Deshaun Watson’s future in the NFL is way up in the air following numerous sexual misconduct accusations this offseason.

But that hasn’t stopped the Eagles from discussing the possibility of trading for the Houston quarterback.

Their current quarterback, Jalen Hurts, doesn’t seem fazed:

“What chatter? There’s a lot of chatter that goes on,” Hurts told the Inky. “I’m above it all. I control what I can. I’m here. That’s what I’m doing, going out there and being the quarterback for this team.”

Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is said to be “monitoring” Watson’s situation, thus opening up speculation that Philly could make a move and roll the dice. But, Roseman said all the right things about Hurts taking over as QB1.

“He’s done everything possible off the field and during the spring practices to take the reins, and we want to see him do that,” Roseman said. “This is a big year for any player that goes from year one to year two. So we’re excited to see that, see his growth, and working with the ones.”
