Now that the clueless fantasy football-expert-turned-NFL-exec Howie Boy Roseman has reasserted his Eagles authority, what does that mean for the equally awful and underachieving receiver Riley Cooper?
Roseman was general manager when Cooper was drafted, taking the receiver out of Florida during his first year on the job. Roseman is a big believer in SEC players.
Roseman has also financially showed his support for Cooper, handing the receiver a five-year, $22 million contract back in 2014.
