EAGLES BRANDON BROOKS, DRG, BARNER OUT OF REDSKINS GAME!

The Eagles will be facing the Redskins today at the Linc without their starting right guard and one of their wide receivers:

Guard Brandon Brooks (79, above) is inactive due to an illness, the second time in three weeks Brooks has missed a game due to an illness.

Starting in his place will be rookie Isaac Seumalo.

Brooks didn’t miss any practice time this past week, and did play last Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The other inactives for the Eagles are wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, running back Kenjon Barner, linebacker Kamu Gruegier-Hill, offensive linemen Dillon Gordon, injured rookie right tackle Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee), and defensive linemen Taylor Hart.
