The Eagles roster is stuffed with talent, but don’t that big boss Howie Roseman is done dealing:

“As deep and talented as this roster is, I continue to hear aggressive GM Howie Roseman is already working the phones and staying in contact with other teams on potential trades,” writes Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports.

“That market is ripe for exploitation, and the Eagles under Roseman have been at the vanguard of it.

“In the past they have dealt low picks for capable veterans in many instances, but I suspect he has too many skill position players to get on the field at roster cutdowns and adds ample draft capital in exchange for veterans. Regardless, he is on the prowl. Already.”

Of course, thanks in part to Roseman’s prowess as an NFL front office executive, the Eagles are just a few seasons removed from the team’s first-ever Super Bowl title. With Roseman’s crew managing to defeat the heralded New England Patriots two years ago, the Eagles then returned to the postseason for a second consecutive year in 2018-19, though Philadelphia was unable to recapture the same glory from the season before.
