EAGLES ADD WR BURNETT, DB ARNOLD TO ACTIVE ROSTER

By Harvey Hoffman

The Eagles have promoted defensive back Grayland Arnold and wide receiver Deontay Burnett to the active roster for tomorrow’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Arnold joined the Eagles this past offseason as an undrafted free agent out of Baylor. During his final season at Baylor, Arnold earned Second Team All-American (Sports Illustrated) and Second Team All-Big 12 honors.

Burnett will be playing in his third game in an Eagles uniform after being active for Week 17 and the Wild Card Round in 2019. During the Week 17 game, he caught a big 41-yard pass from quarterback Carson Wentz that helped the Eagles secure a 34-17 win over the Giants and the NFC East title.
