HERE’S TREA’S UNBELIEVABLE DOUBLE PLAY THAT KILLED THE BRAVES!

By Peter Marks

Trea Turner went 1-for-4 with a pair of stolen bases and a run scored as the Phillies defeated the Braves in Game 1 of the NLDS.

Turner got things going with a one-out single in the eighth inning.

He then swiped second and third base before scoring as J.T. Realmuto reached on catcher’s indifference with the bases loaded and two outs.

Turner also made an unbelievable in the eighth inning that saved at least one run — diving to his left to stop a ground ball off the bat of Ozzie Albies, and then flipping with his glove to Bryson Stott to start a ridiculous inning-ending double play.
