23. Alshon Jeffery, WR, EAGLES — Jeffery has injury concerns, is coming off of a PED suspension, and has changed teams. Prior to 2016, he posted three straight top-10 seasons by Actual Opportunity per game. I’m betting Philly uses him in a similar fashion:
