The American Bar & Grille will open on June 19 at Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.
Executive Chef Aram Mardigian’s menu includes big eye tuna crudo, lamb chop with madeira-olive sauce, and barbecue baby back Berkshire Farms pork rib with cornbread.
The restaurant includes a main dining room opening onto the casino floor, a private events dining area, a 12-seat chef’s table off the kitchen line, and a 17-seat bar.
