I have been saying this all season:
Daniel Ochefu holds the key to Villanova’s chances to make the Final Four.
The Wildcats did a terrific job on the defensive end, holding UNC Asheville to just 56 points and limiting Iowa star Jarrod Uthoff to just 16 points on 12 shots.
There’s not a lot you can really say on the negative end for coach Jay Wright’s club as the Wildcats destroyed UNC Asheville and Iowa. Maybe they kept their foot on the pedal for too long.
But rebounding is the key against Miami and then Kansas, and the 6-11 Ochefu needs to come up big on Thursday and then on Saturday!
