Patrick Mahomes (ankle) would have been a full participant if the Chiefs had practiced on Wednesday.
The Chiefs did not hold a practice on Wednesday, so Mahomes’ status is only an estimation from the team.
However, it’s still a positive sign for his health coming out of a close win over the Bengals in the AFC Championship.
Mahomes didn’t look particularly comfortable when moving around last week, but he pulled through with a strong performance nonetheless.
An extra week of recovery time between games should have him good to go for the Super Bowl.
