Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson is more than looking forward to facing the Atlanta Falcons tomorrow night in Georgia:

And the reason is Julio Jones, who is arguably the NFL’s top receiver.

“Obviously, Julio is one of the best in the league, we all know that,” Jackson said yesterday after practice. “He’s done some miraculous things. The numbers speak for themselves. Any time you play against another team that has a big-time receiver (you ask), ‘Can I get more big plays than he can? Or can Alshon (Jeffery) or Nelly (Nelson Agholor), someone on our side.’

“We know what we are going up against, I think our defense knows as well. I think the Atlanta Falcons defense knows what they are going up against as well too. So, we feel confident in ourself and what we are going to do.”

Jackson outplayed Jones in Week 1, catching eight passes for 154 yards and two touchdowns in a win over the Washington Redskins. Jones: six for 31 in a loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
