For the first time in 31 years, Villanova will play a regular season home game in the Jake Nevin Field House.
With its on-campus home, the Finneran Pavilion, undergoing a renovation, the Wildcats will host Big 5 rival Penn at the Field House, named for the Cats’ legendary athletic trainer, on Wednesday, Nov. 29.
This marks the first Villanova regular season men’s basketball game played in the facility since Jan. 4. 1986 (an 87-71 Wildcats victory over Marist) and will be its first ever meeting in the facility with Penn.
