Comcast Spectacor will build a $50 million arena for the Philly Fusion of the Overwatch League as part of a larger sports complex in South Philly.

The 60,000 square-foot venue will hold 3,500 seats and is currently named Fusion Arena, according to the announcement by Comcast Spectacor, which owns the OWL franchis

The complex will include a training facility, broadcast studio and the team offices.

Plans are to break ground on the 47-acre site this summer and have the arena ready for the 2021 OWL season, with the team having a temporary home in next year as the OWL moves toward home and road schedules.
