Howie Boy Roseman has regained his voice.
Eagles top personnel suit Roseman, who has been mute since he was stripped of his power a year ago, today admitted that it was his decision to draft outside linebacker Marcus Smith in the first round in 2014.
“I take responsibility for everything that happened during my time as general manager,” Roseman said following the introduction of Doug Pederson as the team’s new head coach.
Including the drafting of Smith, who barely got on the field in 2014 and was better in 2015 but still an underachiever?
“Yes,” said Roseman.
