As the NFL Scouting Combine continues in Indy, multiple reports have the 2016 NFL salary cap rising to $155.27 million.
The Eagles should have around $30.27 million to spend on free agents this offseason, 15th most in the NFL.
Of course the big question surrounding the Eagles is the status of free agent quarterback Sam Bradford, who is set to hit the open market on March 7.
The team and Bradford have been negotiating, but no deal has yet to be struck.
