Jason Peters of the Eagles is PFF’s top ranked offensive tackle through Week 6 with an 86.9 overall grade. The Eagles have two of the top four tackles so far this season with Lane Johnson currently ranking fourth.

Peters has been strong in the run game, as his 82.7 run-block grade ranks 14th among offensive tackles. Where he has really excelled is as a pass blocker, with his 86.8 pass-block grade ranking third at tackle.

In 218 pass-block snaps, Peters has allowed one sack and only seven total pressures. He has not allowed a pressure in three of his six games this season, including a Week 3 matchup primarily against the Giants‘ Olivier Vernon, and Week 4 against the Chargers‘ Melvin Ingram and Joey Bosa.
