Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who was signed after the Birds cut him in 2014, remained sidelined and wasn’t in attendance yesterday during the first 20 minutes of practice, which is open to reporters.

Jackson, who has missed the past two games with a strained hamstring, was initially expected to miss around four weeks of action, but coach Jay Gruden said last Friday that the wide receiver could possibly return sooner.

The Eagles play the Redskins on Sunday in Fex-Ex Stadium.
