Las Vegas sports book CG Technology released its projections for 2017 win totals, and Alabama and Ohio State are picked as the top two teams.

In the past five seasons, the Crimson Tide has a 64-7 record and won three national championships, while the Buckeyes have gone 61-6 with one national title. Putting those two at the top seems to be a pretty safe bet.

Alabama, projected to win 10.5 games, lost in the championship game to Clemson last season. Still, as long as Nick Saban is the coach, there doesn’t seem to be much dropoff in talent or expectations.

Defending Big 10 champ Penn State is projected to win 9.5 and national champ Clemson is picked to win nine games.

Projected win totals of top Division I teams from CG Technology:

Alabama 10.5
Ohio State 10
Oklahoma 9.5
Florida State 9.5
Penn State 9.5
Wisconsin 9.5
Southern California 9.5
Washington 9.5
Clemson 9
Oklahoma State 9
Virginia Tech 9
Louisville 9
LSU 9
Michigan 9
